Fair Info – central contact points for visitors
Are you looking for a specific exhibitor, would you like to find out about events within the supporting program, or do you need other information? The staff at the Fair Info in Hall 1 (E WERK) will be happy to help you! Here you will also receive the fair program and the hall overview.
Family-friendly
With largely barrier-free planning, Congress-Centrum Saar GmbH enables families with children to enjoy a carefree visit to the fair. To protect family budgets, we grant free admission to children up to and including 12 years of age.
Accessible
To enable people with disabilities to have a problem-free visit to the fair, the paths in the exhibition halls and in the outdoor area are designed to be barrier-free and are therefore also suitable for wheelchair users. Accessible toilets are located in Hall 1 (E WERK) and in the outdoor area.
For people with disabilities, a reduced admission price applies; for 100% disability, admission is free. If the severe disability pass has a B-mark, the accompanying person receives free admission. Barrier-free access to the fair is also possible from the parking lots at the former MesseZentrum – due to a longer ramp, we recommend using this access only with an electric wheelchair or with an accompanying person.
Dogs
Due to high visitor numbers, we advise against bringing your dog to the fair. If you still wish to visit the fair with a dog, we recommend putting a muzzle on dogs for the duration of the fair visit. Leashes are mandatory!
General Information
Our security personnel are instructed to carry out random checks of luggage brought into the exhibition halls before entry. For safety reasons, we ask you to refrain from bringing large bags and backpacks to your fair visit. Please note that there is no ATM available in the fair area.
